It’s all big news and smiles for Ice Prince , as he bagged the award for the ‘ Best African Act ‘ at the 2013 edition of the BET Awards . He was awarded the award earlier this evening at the BET Broadcast center prior to the kick off of the actual award ceremony in Los Angeles . He beat out 2face, Toya Delazy (South Africa), Donald (South Africa), R2Bees (Ghana) & Radio and Wease l (Uganda). Last year he lost the award to fellow Nigerian act, WizKid & Sarkodie from Ghana. Winning this award makes Ice Prince the 4th Nigerian to win this award, joining WizKid (2012), Dbanj & 2face (2011). Big Congratulations to Ice Prince. It’s definitely been a great year for the Chocolate City Rapper.
